Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the USA. Please review the following details:

1. U.S. Shipping

      We ship to all U.S. states.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

      Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

      Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and carrier.

      Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

4. Order Processing & Tracking

      Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days, depending on availability.

      Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. While all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide a courtesy exchange under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

      Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

      Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

      Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Restocking Fee

      All exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be applied to the value of the returned item.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

      Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

      Final sale items, clearance products, and promotional items.

      Personalized or customized orders.

4. How to Request an Exchange

      You can write to us at customerservice@infinityjewelry.net OR visit our store.

Provide details about the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange.

      Once approved, bring or ship the item back following the provided instructions.

5. Additional Terms

      The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs

      Exchanges are subject to company’s discretion and authorization.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  1. We take great care in ensuring that all items are in perfect condition before they are shipped. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

    1. Notify us within 2 days of delivery if you receive a damaged or defective item.
  3. Provide Documentation:
    1. Please include photos of the item showing the damage or defect, along with your order number.
  4. Resolution:
    1. Once we receive your information, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This may include issuing a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate solutions based on the situation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

If you experience an issue with a package that is marked as delivered, please follow these steps:

      Sometimes packages may be left with a neighbor or at a nearby location for safety.

  1. Contact the Shipping Provider:

      Reach out directly to the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) to file a claim or investigate the situation.

      You can use the tracking number provided to assist in locating the package.

      If the carrier determines the package was lost or stolen, they may initiate a claims process.
