Return & Exchange Policy

● Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
● Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
● Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Restocking Fee
● All exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be applied to the value of the returned item.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
● Final sale items, clearance products, and promotional items.
● Personalized or customized orders.
4. How to Request an Exchange

Provide details about the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange.
● Once approved, bring or ship the item back following the provided instructions.
5. Additional Terms
● The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs
● Exchanges are subject to company’s discretion and authorization.
Damaged or Defective Items
- We take great care in ensuring that all items are in perfect condition before they are shipped. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

- Notify us within 2 days of delivery if you receive a damaged or defective item.
- Provide Documentation:
- Please include photos of the item showing the damage or defect, along with your order number.
- Resolution:
- Once we receive your information, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This may include issuing a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate solutions based on the situation.
